WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DATA?

We’re committed to protecting the privacy of our INS Members by only storing your data when you maintain an active INS Member profile. Your profile will be considered active if you’ve logged in to your profile on any INS website within the last two years.



After two years of inactivity: Personal information will be available in your profile settings if you sign back in.


After five years of inactivity: All profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted across all platforms and will be unrecoverable. Purchase history will remain available to INS in line with statutory requirements on data retention for sales, tax, and warranties. Please contact us if you have any questions.



If you have an active profile, or you’ve been inactive between two and five years, and are missing any aggregate please contact us for help.
