Documentary videos are non-fictional works of art that tell stories about real people and events. They can be a powerful way to create memorable, shareworthy content that can help build brand loyalty. They can tell genuine, human-interest stories or also cover a wide range of topics, including history, war, politics, true crime, and rock legends. They can be unscripted, with everything captured by the cameras being spontaneous and unrehearsed.
Cancellation Policy
Once a shoot is confirmed by both parties and dates, call times, and fees are agreed upon via e-mail or booking website, the date will be considered booked. If a shoot is booked verbally, it must be then followed up with an e-mail giving confirmation of dates/times and fees agreed upon and reconfirmed via e-mail by Aktion Productions. A deposit of 100% of the agreed-upon quote is due at the time of booking to secure the shoot date. A cancellation fee will apply at the rate of 25% up to 60% depending on when you cancel the shoot. If the shoot is canceled within 72 hours of the pre-agreed shoot date (the deposit at the time of booking) then you will only be assessed a fee of 25%. If cancelled after 48 then a fee of 40% will be applied. If cancelled 24 hrs or less 60% fee will be applied. No cancellation fee will apply if the shoot is rescheduled to a later date.
